1. Acceptance of Terms and Eligibility

3. Orders and Order Acceptance

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, fraud or security concerns, or problems identified by our credit or fraud detection systems.

Your order is not accepted, and no contract of sale is formed, until we send you an order confirmation email confirming that we have accepted your order. We must receive and successfully process your payment before your order is accepted. Order confirmation emails are sent to the email address you provide during checkout and constitute our acceptance of your order.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has been accepted and confirmed, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation, modification, or change requests. 4. Pricing and Sales Tax

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We aim to deliver orders within 3-5 working days from the date of order acceptance, subject to product availability and successful payment processing. We are not liable for delays in shipping or delivery caused by third-party carriers, weather events, natural disasters, labor disputes, customs processing (for international orders), government restrictions, or any other events beyond our reasonable control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery of the products to the carrier.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by you. If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.

7. Returns and Refunds
